
Root Cellar Bisque, Seeded Whole Wheat Batard, Escarole and Romaine Salad
Heat the soup.
Dress the salad.
Warm the bread.
Napa and Potato Yellow Dal, Urad Dal in Coconut Milk, and Spiced Basmati
Heat the curries gently on the stovetop or microwave.
Heat a little oil in a sauté pan. When hot add the rice. Toss. Allow to get hot and brown a little on the bottom of the pan. Toss again, dress with a little butter or extra oil.
Serve the rice and top with each curry.
