Meal 1: Sweet Potrato Bisque, Mixed Greens Salad, Sunflower and Pumpkin Seed Boule
Heat the soup to a gentle simmer.
Warm the bread and serve with soft butter.
Dress the salad (the greens with carrots).
Meal 2: Yellow Dal with Kale and Curries Green Lentils, Kidgeree
Heat a little butter in a sauté pan. When hot add the kidgeree ( rice mixture). Toss, season with salt and serve when hot and fragrant.
Heat the two curries separately and gently, and serve atop the rice.
